The Ministry of Internal Affairs has developed an algorithm of actions on the entry and stay of foreigners on the territory of Ukraine
The step-by-step instruction sets out all the requirements for entering Ukraine, as well as staying in our country, taking into account the introduction of martial law in Ukraine on February 24, 2022.
To cross the border, foreigners or stateless persons need:
- a valid passport document; - the absence of a decision of the authorized state body of Ukraine to prohibit the entry of a person into the territory of our country
- the presence of an entry visa; - confirmation of the purpose of stay; - sufficient financial security.
Foreigners or stateless persons who have not fulfilled one or more points are not allowed to enter the territory of Ukraine.
During the stay in Ukraine under martial law, foreigners and stateless persons are obliged to comply with:
- curfew,
- rules of conduct during the signals “Air alarm” and “Missile danger”.
