Igor Klymenko: In the border communities of the Kharkiv region, the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs work in a strengthened mode
The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine wrote about this in his official Telegram channel. He also spoke about how units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are serving in communities under shelling.
The fighters of the special unit “Omega” of the National Guard of Ukraine destroyed at least 10 units of the enemy armored vehicles along with the landing gear, automobile and special equipment. The border guards, together with other Ukrainian soldiers, repelled a number of attacks in various directions and continue to fight defensive battles. As part of the Security and Defense Forces, the soldiers of the DPSU and the NGU hold positions and repel the invaders.
Police officers continue to serve in communities under shelling. More than 30 war crimes were documented in Volchansk during the day.
More than 300 people have been evacuated by the police. Evacuation measures continue, teams are working in extremely difficult conditions. Rescuers work in areas of enemy shelling.
“The enemy is trying to spread panic among the population, spreads fakes. Trust information only from verified sources,” the Head of the Department noted.
