DMS units create equal opportunities for all citizens
For people with disabilities and low mobility, services should be barrier-free, not only in the sense of overcoming physical barriers, but also informational and digital.
The need for registration of a passport document arises for every citizen of Ukraine. For units of the Department of Migration Service in Kirovograd region, one of the tasks is to provide everyone with a high-quality service for obtaining administrative services in an understandable and accessible manner.
The other day in the Novgorodkivsk sector of the DMS in the region Valentina Petrovna received a passport. Having suffered a serious illness, the woman for further treatment goes abroad, where she will be met by her daughter. Therefore, during the paperwork, she needed additional help from specialists.
At the same time, Ivan Antonovich was accepted out of line in the Petrovsky sector. He applied for the restoration of documents, having received an ID card instead of the lost passport-book.
