Nizhyn held a farewell ceremony with rescue pilots who died in a plane crash in Brovary
A farewell ceremony was held in the Special Aviation Detachment of the ORS of the Central Air Service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine with the servicemen who died in the performance of their duties in the plane crash in Brovary: the commander of the aircraft — instructor of the special purpose aviation squadron Oleksandr Vasilenko, pilot Kosilenko Antin Kovalenko and on-board mechanic Ivan Kasyanov.
Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, Nizhyn District Military Administration, city authorities and personnel of the aviation detachment came to pay their last respects to the dead crew members.
Attendees honored the memory of the dead with a minute of silence, laid flowers and expressed condolences to their relatives. Irreparable loss for the whole country. A terrible tragedy took the lives of true patriots, friends, colleagues.
