“U” to “H”: the designation of training vehicles will change
In Ukraine, amendments have been made to the Rules of the Road. In accordance with them, the training vehicle of both the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and driving schools will be marked in a new way. In particular, the identification mark will change.
In particular, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 1128 dated October 27, 2023. The document provides that on those vehicles on which practical training and passing exams are carried out, the letter “U” will be replaced by the letter “H”.
That is, the term “Educational vehicle” will be replaced by “Educational vehicle”. Accordingly, the letter “U” in black will be replaced by the letter “H” in black.
These changes will come into force six months from the date of their official promulgation.
