In Kiev, a person died as a result of a fire in an apartment
13 July at 02:19 to the Operational Coordination Center of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the city. Kyiv received a report of a fire in an apartment on Ave. Pravdi, 78, which is in the Podolsk district of the capital.
Rescuers from the nearest fire and rescue units were sent to the scene of the call. Upon arrival, it was established that the fire had occurred in one of the apartments on the 9th floor of a 9-storey residential building. Rescuers immediately began to extinguish the fire.
At 02:52 the fire was localized on an area of 20 sq.m, and at 03:06 it was eliminated. During the extinguishing and reconnaissance, the body of a man with no signs of life was discovered. The cause and circumstances of the fire will be established by law enforcement officers.
