The organizers of the channel of illegal transportation of conscripted men across the border have created a website “help for military servicemen”. They also searched for customers through a variety of messengers. After receiving the funds, organizers usually mailed forged documents, often with numerous spelling or punctuation errors.
Law enforcement officers conducted searches at the place of residence and work of the organizers of the illegal scheme. During the searches, VLC certificates, temporary certificates of military debtors for removal from military registration, passports of persons in whose name forged documents were produced, reference forms, volunteer certificates, forged seals and stamps of government agencies and medical institutions were found and seized. office equipment, office equipment and other materials that may be evidence in a criminal case.
When the woman realized that they could not avoid responsibility, she began to throw mobile phones, flash drives, keys from the cell where prints of seals, stamps and other evidence materials were stored from the 10th floor of the high-rise building. At the moment, a notice of declaration of suspicion under Part 3 of Art has been served. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine” and it is planned to apply a precautionary measure.
Measures to expose the offense were carried out according to the operational information of the border guards of the Operational and Investigative Department of OKPP “Kyiv” together with representatives of the SU GPU and UMP in the Kiev region under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office and with the strong support of the soldiers of the mobile border detachment “Watchdog”.
