In Kyiv, the police opened criminal proceedings for the public use of Nazi symbols
A group of teenagers in the middle of the street unfurled a flag with Nazi symbols. Law enforcement officers establish all the circumstances and participants of the event.
While monitoring the information content of social networks, police discovered a video in which a group of teenagers openly display a flag with Nazi symbols. The event took place in the capital Poznyaki.
The operative on duty immediately sent an investigative task force, juvenile prevention workers, criminal police and patrol officers to the scene of the crime.
At the scene, law enforcement officers establish witnesses, participants and all the circumstances of the incident.
The Investigative Department of the Darnitsky Police Department entered information into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations on the Event under Part 1 of Art. 436-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - production, distribution of communist, Nazi symbols and propaganda of communist and national-socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes. The sanction of the article provides for the restriction of liberty for up to five years or imprisonment for the same term, with or without confiscation of property.
