The Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine spoke about the extraterritorial principle of servicing citizens
A country in a state of war must always be mobile. Military, volunteers, ordinary citizens move from one place to another, but thanks to the extraterritorial principle of service, they can get a service in any service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The main principle of extraterritoriality is everything for your freedom, comfort and mobility. Get re-registration services, driver's license exchange, take exams where you are comfortable and don't worry about re-registration at the place of residence.
In addition, during the martial law:
— citizens who have moved temporarily to another place can obtain a driver's license or pass a practical exam at any service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, regardless of the unit in which the theoretical (practical) exam was passed;
— persons who have expired the term of deprivation of the right to drive can obtain their driver's license and pass exams in a convenient center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for them.
