The Second International Scientific and Practical Conference was held in DonDUVSS

The II International Scientific and Practical Conference “Private and Public-Legal Relations: Problems of Theory and Practice in the Conditions of Military Aggression”, dedicated to the Day of Lawyer of Ukraine, brought together scientists and practitioners from different countries in DonDUVs. The event was held in a mixed format: offline and remotely on the Googl Meet platform.

She opened the scientific and practical conference and congratulated the participants on behalf of the Rector of DonDUVS Serhiy Vitvitsky, Acting Vice-Rector Elena Volobuev. She noted that, despite the dangerous conditions, scientists continue to do their work with honor and dignity: “The consolidation of efforts was another step towards a joint Victory and the determination of ways to recover Ukraine after the war.”

The event was attended by representatives of state authorities and local governments, judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, scientific institutions and higher education institutions from different regions of Ukraine, as well as foreign guests from Poland, Cyprus, Georgia, Denmark, Great Britain. In total, 130 theses were submitted to the organizing committee of the conference - these are the works of 30 doctors of sciences and 55 candidates of sciences.

During the scientific and practical conference, topical issues of ensuring private-law and public-legal relations in the conditions of military aggression; key tasks in the activities of military and city administrations during the martial law period; legal regulation of labor legislation and the realization of the right to work; problematic issues of civil and economic, criminal and administrative application were discussed. Stratific legislation.

Scientific conclusions and legislative proposals presented by participants in theses, reports and covered during the plenary session will be included in the resolution.

The leadership of Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs sincerely thanks all participants of the conference for their fruitful work and expresses the hope that this conference will not only make a significant contribution to the development of legal science, but also outline new ways to strengthen Ukrainian statehood in the conditions of martial law.
