Soon the functions of replacing a driver's license and obtaining a certificate of non-criminal record will appear in beta versions in the Action app. To participate in the testing, you must register at: https://t.me/diia_beta_bot, be over 14 years old and have a verified tax number.
Drivers who have changed their surname or lost a document will be able to apply in the Actions to replace the license. The service will also be available for newcomers to driving who have received their first license with a validity of 2 years. After a request in the application, you can get a ready-made plastic document in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or use the digital option.
A driver's license that needs to be replaced or exchanged, an identity document, and a valid tax number are all beta testers need to have.
Another service is obtaining a certificate of non-criminal record. Every year, people receive about 1 million extracts of non-criminal record. From now on, the data does not need to be entered manually, this happens automatically from the registers, provided that the information is in a central database and does not require additional verification.
The service is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and with the support of SE “Infotech”.
