Nigerian citizen who illegally lived and committed crimes in Ukraine was detained in Dnipro
Today, June 28, employees of the Department of Migration Control, Counteraction to Illegal Migration and Readmission of the Main Department of the State DMSU in the Dnipropetrovsk region together with the migration police detained a Nigerian citizen who illegally resided in Dnipro.
In addition to violating migration legislation, this person committed a number of administrative offenses, including minor hooliganism. He was placed at the point of temporary stay of foreigners (PTPI).
Back in 2022, in relation to this Nigerian citizen, employees of the Migration Service drew up an administrative protocol on violation of the rules of stay in Ukraine. At that time, the violator was brought to administrative responsibility as a person who did not take measures for timely registration, and also made a decision to return him to the country of origin or to a third country.
However, he evaded the requirements and hid for some time from the representatives of the regulatory authorities. At the moment, a decision has been made on his forced expulsion outside Ukraine, which
will be implemented in the near future.
