The DMS held a coordination meeting on the holding of nationwide events under the conditional name “Migrant”
The coordination meeting was held with the participation of the SMS management and employees of the units of the organization for the prevention of illegal migration, readmission and expulsion of the territorial bodies of the SMS on the conduct of nationwide events under the conditional name “Migrant”.
During the meeting, First Deputy Head of the State Ministry of Internal Affairs Iryna Kovalevska noted that the main purpose of the operation is to prevent and counteract illegal migration, as well as to check the compliance of foreigners and stateless persons with the established rules of stay in the territory of Ukraine.
During the meeting, the participants got acquainted with the practical aspects of the use of mobile stations during the preparation of protocols on administrative detention, administrative offense and the adoption of relevant decisions in relation to violators of migration legislation. Work issues that arise during preventive measures are also considered and ways to solve them are discussed.
