The DMS promptly replaced the documents that damaged fragments of enemy art to the defender
Two months ago, our defender came under enemy artillery fire, sustained numerous injuries and miraculously survived. Mr. Oleg's documents were mutilated, punched through.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, citizens of Ukraine have turned to the migration service for exchange and registration of passport documents in connection with their loss or unsuitability.
Special attention in the DMS is paid to servicemen who defend our country, volunteers, citizens who have forcibly left their homes and live in our region.
In particular, the other day a resident of the Lyubar community Oleg turned to the Lyubar sector of the UDMS in the Zhytomyr region. The visitor had a need to issue a new passport of a citizen of Ukraine due to the unsuitability for use of the previous one.
The soldier-defender was provided with an administrative service for issuing a passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID card. Mr. Oleg will receive a new modern passport within 10 working days.
