Added the option to cancel the user's car in Action
The Custom User Assignment Service in the Action app receives additional functionality from today. Now you can cancel the appropriate user in the application in a few clicks.
A proper user is one who uses a car that does not belong to him, but on legal grounds. The person who was driving, and not the owner of the vehicle, should be responsible for committing offenses. Usually such an appointment occurs for a certain period. This period is determined by the owner and the one to whom the vehicle is given for use. It can be from 1 day to several years. Depends on your arrangements. After the period specified by you has expired, the cancellation occurs automatically. Also, earlier it was possible to cancel the car sharing by personally contacting the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or in the driver's electronic cabinet.
And now in Action, you can not only assign, but also cancel the car sharing.
To use the service you have to take a few steps.
To the owner of the car:
• log in to the Action;
• select “Services” — “Car sharing” — “Cancel sharing”; • check the generated cancellation statement and sign it.
For the appropriate user who wants to initiate the cancellation:
• log in to the Action; • select the Vehicle Registration Certificate and click “Menu”;
• select “Refuse the car” — “Start”;
• send the generated screen with a request to the owner for confirmation.
Cancellation will occur automatically and the certificate of registration of the car will disappear from the Actions of the appropriate user.
