The State Migration Service reminded how to issue an ID card regardless of the place of registration
Every citizen of Ukraine can issue an ID-card for the first time or in exchange for an old passport of 1994 in any territorial division of the Migration Service, regardless of the place of registration.
Note that the service for issuing an ID card for the first time upon reaching the age of 14 is free. In addition, children under the age of 14 can simultaneously receive a passport and a taxpayer number, spending up to 15 minutes to fill out the application. This service is also free.
Today, despite the difficult conditions of martial law, administrative services are available in most units of the Migration Service. So you can issue or restore lost passport documents regardless of the place of registration. In addition, you can simultaneously issue an ID card and a passport.
