Three men tried to leave for Hungary with fake documents
In Transcarpathia, the border guards of the Mukachevo detachment found three Ukrainian citizens of conscription age who tried to leave for Hungary for documents with signs of forgery.
At the Luzhanka checkpoint, while checking the documents of citizens who were going abroad, border guards discovered a fake pension certificate from a 25-year-old man from Lviv region. In addition, a 30-year-old man from Poltava region had a fake temporary certificate and a certificate of military medical commission.
Another intruder who tried to cross the Ukrainian-Hungarian border was found by an inspector at the checkpoint “Vlok”. A 39-year-old resident of Cherkasy region provided for verification a passport with marks on departure for permanent residence and permanent consular registration by the Embassy of Ukraine in the Czech Republic, as well as an ID-card Certificate of residence permit in the Czech Republic. During an in-depth examination of the documents provided, border guards found a number of signs indicating the forgery of marks and ID cards.
Border guards sent a message to the National Police in the Transcarpathian region about the presence in the actions of Ukrainians of signs of a crime stipulated by Article 358 of the Criminal Code “Counterfeiting documents, seals, stamps and forms, sale or use of forged documents, seals, stamps”.
Currently, law enforcement officers establish the circle of persons involved in this offense.
For further legal decision making, offenders were handed over to police officers.
