Command and staff training of units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on emergency response continues
This week, command and staff training took place in Vinnytsia, Volyn, Donetsk, Zakarpattia, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Odessa, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Chernihiv regions and Kyiv.
Among the participants of the exercises are units of the State Emergency Service, the National Police of Ukraine, the State Border Service, the State Migration Service, the National Guard, as well as local authorities.
Services work out an algorithm of actions during the occurrence of various kinds of emergency situations. In particular, during the elimination of the consequences of deterioration of weather conditions, where there is a disruption of road traffic, de-electrification of settlements, accidents at life support facilities. In addition, situations are simulated in the conditions of a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. Actions are carried out during work in the field of enemy strikes, restoration of vital systems due to massive attacks.
Regional headquarters work at the sites of conditional emergencies to coordinate the actions of all services at the regional and local levels. Algorithms for informing citizens about the complications of weather conditions, threats of a military nature using special equipment equipped with loudspeakers are coordinated. As well as assistance to the affected population, including at points of invulnerability and heating points during the aggravation of weather conditions on highways.
