Three families with children evacuated by police from shelling in Kherson region (VIDEO)
During the past day, the police managed to evacuate three families with five children from dangerous areas of the Kherson region. These are two families from Novoberyslav and one from Vesely Kakhovsky district. In a short time, people gathered the most necessary things and left.
Evacuation measures were carried out quickly. Police officers took predetermined and relatively safe routes to the points where they were handed over to volunteers and local authorities. The family from Vesely decided not to leave the area, but to temporarily live in a village that is not shelled by the Russian army.
Mandatory evacuation of children with parents or legal representatives from 23 settlements in the Kherson region, which are heavily shelling by the Russian army, continues.
Since the implementation of these measures, 90 children have already been removed from the shelling and this work is not completed. Every day, law enforcement officers conduct conversations with parents, convincing them of the need to evacuate dangerous areas as soon as possible. After all, children in these areas live in constant fear, do not have access to educational and medical services.
Every day of the life of the little one in this territory may turn out to be the last, because the enemy strikes settlements several times a day with aviation and other heavy weapons. Children have no place under shelling!
