Failure to go to shelter in the Desnyansky district of the capital: Kiev police have opened another criminal case
A pre-trial investigation is carried out on the fact of being left in danger, which caused the death of a person or other serious consequences.
Recall that tonight the Russian invaders fired another shelling on the capital. Homes, non-residential buildings, cars and a hospital suffered damage. A 33-year-old woman and a 34-year-old mother with a 9-year-old daughter were killed as a result of shelling by the occupiers of the medical institution in the Desnyansky district of the city.
Within the framework of open criminal proceedings, law enforcement officers carry out a number of urgent investigative actions in the hospital and the district administration of Desnyansky district.
Police officers interview eyewitnesses and victims, check official records and carry out other procedural actions to establish all the circumstances in which people died.
For the fact of being left in danger, which caused the death of a person or other serious consequences, criminal proceedings under Part 3 of Art. 135 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to eight years.
