A simplified system of repair work is distributed to the State Border Guard Service. The government adopted a resolution developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs
At the meeting of the Government, a draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on amendments to paragraph 21 of the list of construction works that do not require documents giving the right to perform them, and after the end of which the object is not subject to commissioning, was adopted.
To date, the simplified system of construction, reconstruction and overhaul works, provided for in paragraph 21 of the List of construction works that do not require documents giving the right to their execution, and after the end of which the object is not subject to commissioning, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 7, 2017. No. 406, applies only to the Armed Forces, the National Guard and the Foreign Intelligence Service.
At the same time, carrying out these works at the objects of the State Border Guard Service required appropriate permits, which limited the timing of their implementation and the time of putting the facility into operation.
Therefore, with the adoption of relevant changes to the State Border Guard Service, provisions on new construction, reconstruction, restoration, major repairs of barracks and housing stock facilities of military towns (except residential buildings), military airfields, arsenals, bases and warehouses, utilities, engineering facilities have been extended to the State Border Guard Service. networks belonging to the objects with minor (CCI) and medium (CC2) consequences by the class of consequences (liability) and which are carried out directly on the territory of military units (units), institutions and organizations without obtaining permits at the beginning of work, and after the completion of construction, the objects will not be put into operation.
In addition, the period of implementation of such construction works is specified, namely, during the period of martial law in Ukraine and during the year after its termination or abolition (in the current version - during the implementation of measures to ensure national security and defense, repulse and deter armed aggression of the Russian Federation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions).
The adoption of the Resolution will shorten the time for construction, reconstruction and major repairs of facilities, as well as the implementation of works on the restoration of damaged and destroyed objects of the State Border Guard Service.
