Today at the meeting of the Government adopted a number of amendments to the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers and draft resolutions, which were developed on the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
In particular, the draft resolution “On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 14, 2018 No. 1024”, which is aimed at bringing the by-laws into line with the requirements of the current legislation and resolving practical issues of the functioning of the unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The draft “On approval of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on mutual recognition and exchange of national driver's licenses” was also adopted and the draft of the Government resolution developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs “On the implementation of the experimental project “Specialist on safety in education” was adopted. environment” in order to improve the issues of ensuring an adequate level of safety in the educational environment, including the prevention, early detection, cessation and elimination of negative phenomena and their harmful effects on the safety of students, through the introduction of and organization of activities in institutions of general secondary education of a specialist in security in the educational environment.
In addition, in order to bring into line with the Laws of Ukraine of May 2, 2023. “On Amendments to Article 29 of the Disciplinary Charter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine” and from September 17, 2020 “On Intelligence” — the Ministry of Internal Affairs has developed a draft Decree of the President of Ukraine, which proposes to amend the Regulations on the passage of military service by citizens of Ukraine in the State Border Service of Ukraine, approved by the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated December 29, 2009. №1115.
The introduction of the relevant amendments to the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 1115 is designed to ensure the strengthening of the system of incentives for the servicemen of the State DPS during the martial law period and will strengthen the discipline of personnel.
