Created and distributed child pornography with the participation of a younger sister: cyberpolice exposed the attacker
The offender published the finished materials on the forums in DarkNet. For the production and sale of child pornography, imprisonment is provided for between eight and twelve years.
Cyberpolice during the monitoring of the Internet discovered content about the sexual exploitation of a child. Subsequently, the offender was identified by cyber police officers together with investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police.
The 19-year-old New Year created illegal content with the participation of his 11-year-old sister. In the future, he distributed such materials on the forums of the anonymous segment of the Internet — “DarkNet”.
The video files prepared by the young man were sent for examination to the DNDEKC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, which confirmed that the content created is child pornography.
At the place of residence of the accused, law enforcement officers searched, two mobile phones and two laptops were seized. The attacker was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, he was informed of suspicion of committing a crime. The court chose a preventive measure for the suspect in the form of detention without the right to make bail.
In the framework of the investigation of criminal proceedings Part 3 of Art. 301-1 (Obtaining access to child pornography, its acquisition, storage, importation, transportation or other movement, manufacture, sale and distribution) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, all necessary investigative actions are carried out. The sanction of the article provides for between eight and twelve years in prison.
