Claimed that the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions are Russian territory: Kharkiv investigators reported on suspicion of supporter of “Russian peace”
A resident of Osnov'yansky district of Kharkiv openly expressed support for the aggressor country.
On March 14, the police department № 1 of the HRUP № 1 of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region received information that on the territory of the Osnov'yansky district a local resident openly justified the actions of Russia and supported the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
He argued that Russia's aggression against Ukraine is correct, the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions are Russian territory.
During special events, police officers exposed a 28-year-old resident of Osnovyansky district in illegal activities, who openly expressed support for the aggressor country in the conditions of armed invasion of the Russian Federation.
According to this fact, criminal proceedings were opened under Part 1 of Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition of lawful, denial of armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for a maximum penalty in the form of imprisonment for up to three years.
Investigators with the agreement of the Slobidska District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office informed the man about the suspicion of committing a crime.
