Strokovyk of the NGU hit seven air targets with PZRK
This was stated during a briefing at the Ukraine-Ukrinform Media Center Oleksiy Nadtochiy, Head of the Operations Department of the Main Directorate of NGU.
“A serviceman of the military service of the NGU on July 16 from the PZRK shot down a cruise missile, and on July 17 the Su-25 plane. In total, seven Russian targets were hit - six aircraft and one cruise missile. This soldier is a Hero of Ukraine,” Oleksiy Nadtochyi said.
In addition to performing tasks in areas of active combat operations, the guards also serve for security within the state. Stabilization operation of territorial defense tasks continues. At the same time, the main efforts are focused on the protection and defense of important state facilities, the protection of public authorities, consular institutions and critical infrastructure facilities.
