Firefighting strategy and battle tactics: Guards machine-gunners trained
The training was conducted by the fighters of the Western Territorial Department of the National Guard of Ukraine. In the process of mustering, the Guardsmen improved their skills, which are necessary for the effective use of heavy weapons.
The theoretical unit covered the study of technical aspects of machine guns and fire strategies. Practice sessions focused on aiming order, fire control, and group action coordination. They practiced a variety of combat tactics in different fields and in urban conditions.
Particular attention during the exercises was paid to the maintenance of machine guns - both from disassembly and assembly, and to the elimination of possible malfunctions that may occur during firing.
The skills gained by machine gunners become a key element of their combat readiness. They play an important role in strategic operations and ensure the successful execution of the tasks of the units.
