The capital's schoolchildren were not allowed to shelter during the alarm: criminal proceedings have been initiated
On December 14, during an air alert, at about 15:30 the capital's schoolchildren were not allowed to take shelter. Then the brother and sister, born in 2011 and 2012, went to the shelter of one of the capital's schools of the Svyatoshinsky district.
However, the guard did not let the children into the bomb shelter of the educational institution. The man forbade him to enter the room because the students were with a pet - a dog of the “Maltipa” breed. By his actions, the guard left the children in danger during a possible shelling.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 135 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
