The morning of Tuesday, October 18, began with repeated shelling. There are break-ins with infrastructure facilities. Rescuers eliminate the effects of shelling.
According to preliminary information, it is known about two dead and one trampled, who was helped at the scene. Firefighters eliminated 2 foci of fires.
Rescuers are analysing the rubble and searching for people underneath.
30 units of basic and special fire and rescue equipment, as well as 123 personnel, are involved in the work of the State Emergency Service.
