During the searches, law enforcement officers seized fake documents and seals, computer equipment and other physical evidence. The attacker has already been informed of the suspicion, he faces up to eight years in prison.

Thus, the investigators of the Darnytsky Police Department under the operational support of the Security Service of Ukraine and under the procedural guidance of the Darnytsky District Prosecutor's Office exposed the director of a public organization that carried out activities to issue forged documents to citizens of the Russian Federation and residents of the temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine. The perpetrator was a local resident, born in 1968.

The defendant offered clients “assistance” with travel abroad and subsequent employment in foreign medical institutions. Among the services: issuance of international certificates of integrity, certificates of experience gained, letters of recommendation and certificates of successful completion of training courses. However, in reality the documents were forged and had no legal force.

Such services cost up to 3 thousand US dollars. The amount depended on the number of required documents — from a certificate confirming medical practice to a “complete package” with international samples. In a month, such activity brought up to 100 thousand US dollars.

As part of the criminal proceedings, 16 searches were carried out: at the location of the enterprise and the place of residence of the defendant. Forged documents, seals, computer equipment, mobile phones, rough accounting, seal printing devices and other evidence of criminal activity were seized.

At the moment, the investigators informed the organizer about the suspicion of committing crimes stipulated by three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: Part 3 of Art. 190 — fraud committed through illegal operations using electronic computer technology, Part 1 of Article 353 — unauthorized assignment of authority or the title of an official and part 3 of Art. 358 — forgery of an official document, production of forged seals, stamps or forms of enterprises, institutions or organizations, regardless of the form of ownership, according to a preliminary conspiracy by a group of persons.

The man is threatened with imprisonment for a term of three to eight years.
