Metropolitan police officers of the Investigative and Operational Group saved the life of a passer-by
Returning from the call, law enforcement officers noticed a citizen on the roadside who had fallen and hit his head on an iron pole. They immediately rushed to the victim and provided him with emergency first aid along with passers-by until the arrival of doctors.
The incident happened in the Shevchenko district of the capital. Investigator Mykhailo Tyutyunnyk, operative Oleksandr Levchuk and forensic expert Vladislav Tsybyk immediately began to provide medical assistance to passers-by.
Law enforcement officers turned the man on his side, rewound his head and, together with the citizens, kept him in a stable condition until the arrival of the “ambulance”.
Thanks to the operative actions of law enforcement officers, the man received emergency care and was sent to the hospital.
