Law enforcement officers continue to carry out activities to search for persons involved in the commission of serious crimes, as well as to search for missing citizens. Thanks to the work of criminal investigation law enforcement officers of the Kiev police last week, 58 criminals who were hiding from the pre-trial investigation bodies, the court and the institutions of execution of sentences were detected and detained.
The vast majority of crimes committed by criminals are theft and drug crimes. Also, the operatives detained several defendants for committing robberies, fraud, illegal handling of weapons and ammunition, crimes related to hooliganism and committing an accident.
At the same time, criminal investigation officers continue to search for missing persons. Therefore, in the past week, law enforcement officers found and restored contact with 122 missing citizens. Also, operational and search measures were carried out to identify and identify the bodies of the dead — 20 people were identified.
