885 people have been evacuated from the flood zones in Kherson region, police officers, together with the rescuers of the State Emergency Service, carry out patrols and help citizens to evacuate to safe places.
Criminal proceedings on the facts of ecocide and violations of laws and customs of war are investigated by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.
In addition, local authorities with the involvement of the State Emergency Service carry out evacuation measures in flood zones.
An alert is also carried out using loudspeakers.
