In the morning, July 31, the Russians launched a missile strike on a nine-story residential building in Kryvyi Rih, resulting in destruction from floors 4 to 9.
A fire broke out at the scene on an area of about 70 square meters, at the moment the fire is localized. The cells are extinguished with the involvement of a cranklift and an auto ladder, a residential bypass is carried out, the scale of destruction is specified.
In addition, an enemy rocket hit a four-story building of the educational institution, where destruction occurred from floors 2 to 4.
The units of the State Emergency Service rescued 3 people, including 1 child (born in 2013), 30 people were evacuated. As of 12:10 p.m., 4 people were killed, another 33 were injured, 3 people were rescued, including 1 child.
