The procedure for registering in the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of economic entities that trade in vehicles has been simplified.
According to Deputy Minister of the Interior Bohdan Drapyaty, clear, clear and predictable regulatory regulation leaves no room for abuse by the authorities and unscrupulous conduct of business activities on the part of businesses. We will continue to strengthen this balance through interaction.
Now for registration and making changes to the credentials:
✅ an exhaustive list of documents is established
✅ the need for notarization of documents is abolished ✅ the possibility of sending documents electronically ✅ the deadline for consideration of documents
has been reduced to 10 days ✅ an exhaustive list of grounds for refusal has been established
Clear mechanisms are also defined:
✅ providing such entities with license plates for one-time trips, forms of acceptance and transfer of vehicles, etc.;
✅ providing access to the electronic register and entering information on the receipt, transfer and sale of goods and special products.
