The police established that after the full-scale invasion of Russia, a number of branches of one of the enterprises did not cease their economic activities in the territory temporarily occupied by Russians.

The head of the company voluntarily went to cooperate with the occupiers and paid taxes from the profits received to the state budget of the Russian Federation.

In particular, a 55-year-old man, while in Kharkiv, remotely managed branches of a company for the manufacture and sale of auto parts. The defendant coordinated all types of activities of the enterprise, performed organizational and administrative functions. Reduction of the staffing of employees, granting of vacations and dismissal of employees of the enterprise occurred only with his approval and his signature.

It has already been found out that only one of the branches of the enterprise, which is in the temporarily occupied Crimea, paid 20 million rubles to the state budget of the aggressor country. In addition, it was established that the man was the head of similar enterprises in Russia.

During the authorized searches in the office of the defendant and at his place of residence, law enforcement officers discovered a number of documents indicating his criminal activities. More than 13 million hryvnias were also seized, for which the investigating judge imposed an arrest.

At the moment, the investigators of the department of the organization for the investigation of crimes committed in the conditions of armed conflict, the General Prosecutor's Office of the National Police informed the attacker about the suspicion under Part 4 of Art. 111-1 (Conducting economic activities in cooperation with the aggressor state) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The entrepreneur and collaborator chose a precautionary measure in the form of detention without determining the amount of collateral.

Investigative actions continue. Police take measures to identify other persons who may be involved in illegal activities.
