Singer Kolya Serga wrote a song-anthem for a brigade of the National Guard
The artist has repeatedly come to the fighters of the rapid response brigade near Bakhmut to support the fighting spirit with songs under the guitar. At the same time, together with the commanders of the unit, the idea arose to create a song for the unit.
While the text matured, the brigade managed to enter the Guard of Offensive under the symbolic name “Frontier”, within which the unit was re-equipped and rearmed to liberate the occupied territories.
The border is a reference not only to the fact that the unit constantly held back the enemy attack on the front lines, but also to one of the main pages of the brigade's combat record — the more than 70-day defense of the city of Rubezhnoe at the beginning of the war.
As is known, on February 24, during a full-scale invasion, part of the brigade met and spoiled the main plan of the enemy at Antonov airport in Gostomel, where the most massive airstrike of Russian paratroopers was sent. The unit at this time held back the terrible mass offensive of Russian forces on the first frontier in Luhansk region in the districts of Popasnaya, Rubezhny, Severodonetsk, Lysychansk.
During the months of hellish fighting, the brigade had so exhausted and crushed the occupying forces that they could no longer advance at such a pace and the war moved to a different pace and to another stage. After that, the military took part in the counteroffensive in the Donetsk region, the liberation of the Liman region, the defense in the Svitlodar and Bakhmut directions.
At the time of the song's release, the fighters of the Frontier Rapid Response Brigade destroy the enemy forces near Bakhmut and prepare to liberate the occupied territories and return the legal frontiers. And this song will only give them and all defenders of Ukraine fervor and strength.
