Special officers of “OMEGA” received awards
In Odessa region, the fighters of the special unit “OMEGA” were congratulated on the anniversary of the creation of a separate special unit of the South Odessa Territorial Department of the National Guard of Ukraine and presented awards. There was also a solemn ceremony of transferring the detachment to the Special Purpose Center of NGU.
At the beginning of the event, the participants mentioned by name the brothers who remain in our ranks forever — those who gave their lives for the freedom of Ukraine, and honored the memory of the dead with a moment of silence.
During the entire period of time, the servicemen of a separate special unit performed their military duty conscientiously and honestly, among the first to defend the territorial integrity of Ukraine, and courageously and selflessly performed combat tasks.
The awards were presented to the special guardsmen by the head of the South Odessa Territorial Department of the National Guard of Ukraine and the head of the Special Purpose Center of the National Guard of Ukraine.
“I sincerely thank you for your dedication to my cause, I wish all the special soldiers Cossack health, endurance, always return from combat missions victorious! Successful service as part of the Special Purpose Center of the National Guard of Ukraine,” the head of the South Odessa Territorial Department of the National Guard of Ukraine, Major-General Oleg Pidlubnyi, addressed the fighters of the special unit “OMEGA”.
