Investigators have completed a pre-trial investigation into a group of persons suspected of illegal possession of property of an enterprise in Rivne region
The attackers, according to forged documents, re-registered the company to a third party, leaving another co-founder without the right to his share. The amount of damage caused to the victim is five million hryvnias.
Investigators of the National Police have completed a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings against three persons who illegally seized the property of an enterprise in Rivne region.
Law enforcers established that in November 2014, one of the founders and director of the enterprise colluded with several citizens to re-register the enterprise to a third party.
The defendants entered knowingly false information in the documents and submitted these documents for state registration of a legal entity. Therefore, using forged documents, the defendants illegally seized the property of the enterprise, in particular the shares of their founders. The amount of damage caused to the victim is five million hryvnias.
To the head of the enterprise and his accomplice, the investigators were notified of suspicion of forgery of documents submitted for state registration of a legal entity and of illegal possession of the property of the enterprise. Also, a notice of suspicion of illegal possession of the property of the enterprise is handed to the state registrar.
Suspects face punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of up to three years and confiscation of property. Currently, the materials of criminal proceedings with an indictment approved by the prosecutor of the Prosecutor General's Office Curator, referred to the court.
