Investigators of the National Police sent to the court an indictment against a serviceman of the Russian Armed Forces
Investigators of the National Police established that the defendant, along with other occupiers, committed war crimes against civilians in the territory of the village. Moshchun of Buchansky district of Kyiv region.

In addition, the Russian military took away vehicles, valuables, clothing and even food from people.
The police conducted a number of investigative actions and collected all the necessary evidence base regarding the commission of war crimes by the defendant.
At the moment, investigators of the Department of the Organization for the Investigation of Crimes Committed in the Conditions of Armed Conflict of the Civil Service of the National Police have sent to the court an indictment against the military of the Russian Federation. He is charged with committing the crime provided for in Part 1 of Art. 438 (Violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The occupier faces up to 12 years in prison.
Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings was carried out under the procedural guidance of the Office of the Prosecutor General and the operational support of the Security Service of Ukraine.
