Investigators of the National Police launched almost 45.6 thousand criminal proceedings on Russian war crimes
Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, as of November 26, 2022, investigators of the National Police of Ukraine have initiated 45580 criminal proceedings on the facts of crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine by servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their accomplices.
Of them:
34 240 — per Art. 438 Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of laws and customs of war)
9 083 — per Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Invasion of the territorial integrity and integrity of Ukraine)
2 074 — per Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaborative activity)
97 — for art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (State treason)
37 — per Art. 113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Diversion), etc.
