Investigators of the Luhansk region reported the suspicion of the head of the administration of the occupiers
During the pre-trial investigation, investigators of the Luhansk region found that a 49-year-old resident of the city. Rubezhnoe, having entered into a criminal conspiracy with the occupation administration of the Russian Federation and representatives of the so-called “LPR”, voluntarily agreed and took the post of head of the Department of Culture, Sports and Youth of one of the cities of the Severodonetsk district.
The duties of a woman include the performance of organizational, administrative and administrative and economic functions in the illegal occupation administration of the aggressor state.
Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor's office of the Luhansk region, the woman was notified of suspicion of committing a criminal offense provided for in Part 5 of Art. 111-1 Criminal Code of Ukraine “Collaborative activity”. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of five to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of ten to fifteen years and with or without confiscation of property.
