Investigators of Donetsk region and Kharkiv region recorded consequences of shelling by Russian military
Last day, Russian troops shelled 9 settlements in Donetsk region, injuring a child. Also in the morning of April 30, Russians shelled the center of Kupyansk, Kharkiv region.
The occupiers inflicted 18 strikes on homes and infrastructure in Donetsk region. There are casualties among the civilian population. The police collected evidence of Russian war crimes.
The enemy fired shells at the towns of Avdiyivka, Bakhmut, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Svyatogorsk, Velyka Novosilka and Malotaranivka, the villages of Karlivka and Zoryane.
The Russians attacked from aircraft, S-300s, Grad and Urgan RSPs, artillery and UAVs.
At the same time, during the past 24 hours, the occupiers attacked Kharkiv, Chuguevsky and Kupyan districts. There are no injured persons.
Yesterday, Kupyansk, Volchansk, Volchansky Khutory, Chervona Zarya, Dvorichna, Dvorichna, Lyman Prichi and other settlements were under enemy fire.
On the morning of April 30, the Russians shelled the center of Kupyansk. Damaged private house, garages and cars. Fires occurred at the sites of the attacks.
Investigative and operational teams, experts and explosives technicians worked at the scene.
On the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
