Schoolchildren handed gifts to guards in Bakhmut
Pupils of one of the capital's lyceums handed warm things, medicines, portable chargers, lanterns, drawings and goodies to the National Guard soldiers.
At school, this gathering is called “Warm”, because it is already winter in the yard, and the children together with their parents want to support the military in the cold season.
“The idea of collecting originated in October, when two classes of children refused gifts and instead bought and handed over a few bourgeois to the military. After that, other classes joined the initiative. We were very supportive of the parents and the administration. We bring victory closer together,” says Anastasia, mother of a 1st grade student.
“We packed these parcels with the whole class and put a lot of soul into them. I hope they will help our defenders bring our victory closer,” says Lisa, a 5th grade student.
