Situation on the Western Border over the past 24 hours
During April 17, 51,000 people and 12,000 vehicles crossed the western borders of Ukraine with the EU and Moldova.
29 thousand people left Ukraine last day. 18 thousand of them crossed the border with Poland, the rest followed to other EU countries and Moldova.
On the other hand, 22 thousand people arrived in Ukraine over the past day, 20 thousand of them are our compatriots. 46 trucks with humanitarian aid were also registered.
For the attempt to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine, 7 people were detained — 1 of them tried to cross the border illegally at the checkpoint, another 6 people were detained outside the designated crossing points.
We emphasize that the passage of adult citizens of Ukraine is carried out on foreign passports, as well as other, provided for by legislation and international treaties, documents and in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 27, 1995. № 57.
