Situation on the Western Border over the past 24 hours
During the day, May 11, 71 thousand people and 18 thousand vehicles crossed the western borders of Ukraine with the EU and Moldova.
38 thousand people left Ukraine last day. 24 thousand of them crossed the border with Poland, the rest followed to other EU countries and Moldova.
Over the past day, 33 thousand people arrived in Ukraine, 29 thousand of them are our compatriots. 63 trucks with humanitarian aid have also been issued.
13 people were detained for attempting to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine — 5 of them tried to cross the border illegally at checkpoints, another 8 people were detained outside the designated crossing points.
In addition, 6 men, citizens of Ukrainian conscription age, were not allowed to leave the country, because border guards found signs of forgery of their documents, which give the right to cross the border. In the actions of men there are signs of offenses provided for by articles 336 and 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
We emphasize that the passage of adult citizens of Ukraine is carried out on foreign passports, as well as other, provided for by legislation and international treaties, documents and in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 27, 1995. N 57.
