Situation on the Western Border over the past 24 hours
During the day, May 6, 77,000 people and 17,000 vehicles crossed the western borders of Ukraine with the EU and Moldova.
41 thousand people left Ukraine last day. 27 thousand of them crossed the border with Poland, the rest followed to other EU countries and Moldova.
36 thousand people arrived in Ukraine last day, 33 thousand of them are citizens of Ukraine. 60 trucks with humanitarian aid were also registered.
For attempting to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine, 10 people were detained — 2 of them tried to cross the border illegally at checkpoints, another 8 people were detained outside them.
In addition, 2 men, citizens of Ukraine, were not allowed to leave the country, since border guards found signs of falsification of their documents, which give the right to cross the border to persons of conscription age. In the actions of men there are signs of offenses provided for by articles 336 and 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
We emphasize that the passage of adult citizens of Ukraine across the border is carried out by foreign passports or other documents stipulated by legislation and international treaties, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 27, 1995. N 57.
