What to do if you find a mine or ammunition that has not ruptured
If you find a suspicious object that looks like a mine or ammunition that has not ruptured, first of all:
— stop;
— if there are other people near you, loudly announce the danger and ask everyone to stop;
— carefully check if there are wires, ropes, stretch marks, other suspicious objects nearby;
— try to calmly move to a safe distance, it is advisable to do this by the route you went before;
— the place of detection of a suspicious object must be remembered, if possible, protected from accidental passers-by.
Detailed information about the found object must be immediately transmitted by the numbers “101”, “102” or “112”. For a call, you should first move as far as possible from the place of danger. Using a mobile phone nearby is prohibited.
In no case should you pick up suspicious objects, try to disassemble or move them yourself.
Remember that demining and final disposal of any ammunition is a matter for pyrotechnics.
