Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs from November 22 switch to a new schedule of work
From Tuesday, November 22, the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs switch to a different work schedule. These changes are made in order to ensure that every Ukrainian has access to public services.
Therefore, citizens are asked to be careful when planning visits to the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs!
Service centers are open from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive.
Reception hours:
- on weekdays - from 08:00 to 17:00 without lunch break,
- on Saturday - from 08:00 to 15:45 without lunch break.
We remind you that the reception of citizens in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is carried out:
- by prior appointment online: https://eq.hsc.gov.ua
- in the order of the “live” queue, regulated by coupons from the terminal installed in the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Importantly, in the regional and Main service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the work schedule remains unchanged - Monday-Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00; Friday - 09:00 to 16:45. In conditions of war, energy shortages, when every light hour weighs gold, this is an extremely necessary step.
