Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kiev held a meeting for people with disabilities

Creating barrier-free conditions and providing equal opportunities for everyone — it is according to such norms that the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs operate and provide an opportunity for all citizens to receive available administrative services.

Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kiev held a meeting in one of the medical institutions where military and war victims are rehabilitated. The event was also attended by representatives of the driving school for persons with disabilities from the National Academy of Internal Affairs and representatives of public organizations, including the head of the NGO “All-Ukrainian Association of Persons with Disabilities “Active Rehabilitation Group” Vitaliy Pcholkin.

One of the main topics of discussion was the opportunity to undergo training, pass exams at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and obtain a driver's license for persons with disabilities.

“Our job is to provide equally high-quality services in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. To do this, it is necessary first of all to know the needs of customers. So we take a comprehensive approach to this issue and involve various specialists”, - emphasized the head of the regional service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city. Also during the meeting, everyone had the opportunity to get acquainted with the types of converted cars with mechanical and electric manual control. How to drive a vehicle for people with disabilities, Vitaly Pcholkin told. He recently studied at a driving school for people with disabilities and successfully passed the exams at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continue to provide high-quality administrative services to all citizens.
