NGU sappers evacuate Kherson region from missiles, mines and artillery shells
According to the sappers, it will take many more years to completely clean the Kherson region from explosive objects.
Sappers of the National Guard of Ukraine detect and neutralize Russian shells in the steppes of Kherson region.
All discovered ammunition is neutralized. The National Guards note that most of all they find are artillery shells of the Russian army, missiles from Grad salvo systems, mines and other ammunition.
The commander of the consolidated demining detachment of the National Guard of Ukraine under the nickname “West” notes that the peculiarity of demining in the Kherson region is the emphasis on the treatment of contaminated agricultural lands.
By the way, during demining, sappers are helped by the Digital Vanguard demining complex. It is controlled remotely and detects explosive objects.
